This was delicious and easy. I could have eaten the entire thing myself. The addition of the crunchy topping on the creamy flavorful corn made the dish. I will definitely make this again and again. Thank you for sharing.

Made for Thanksgiving – forgot to post my review! Definitely a keeper for Thanksgiving and pretty much any other occasion. I had 32 oz of frozen corn so tossed it all in instead of the 25 called for. Was still a good balance of cream and corn. SO delish, SO easy, and even good reheated.
