These were absolutely delicious! They came out a little darker than I would have liked, but I think that is because I used convection bake instead of standard bake. I have never had success with rolls. I made a test batch yesterday with hopes to not ruin another Thanksgiving roll again! pure success- husband loved. They were so bug and fluffy!! No more dense yeast rolls! I did not change anything! I did find a neat way to let rise- put bowl covered in your instapot on warm! – and on 2nd rise I put the pan of rolls over the top of instapot and still worked!
