They loved it and I did, too. I’m here in Corpus Christi, Texas right on the Gulf of Mexico and so we have ready access to fresh shrimp. Additionally, I use all natural smoked turkey sausage and fresh bay leaves from our backyard. A friend on a strict weight loss diet tossed the diet to eat your Jambalaya, and said she will do so again… when I make the next batch. Thanks again.
