Not sure how else to contact you with a minor correction. First, I have made countless recipes from your site so imagine my delight and surprise, as I plan a trip to Barcelona, to bump into your restaurant recommendations. I know your taste buds can be trusted so I’m all in!! Then, the TINY CORRECTION: You have a place called “Boca Grande” listed on your Barcelona map as “Boca Chica.” Ridiculously minor – the link is to the right place – but figured I’d let you know in case that’s still active / valuable part of the site :). I made a batch of your Jambalaya and hesitantly shared it with three friends who are Cajuns, originally from Louisiana… and they have eaten a lot of good Cajun food. They loved it and I did, too. I’m here in Corpus Christi, Texas right on the Gulf of Mexico and so we have ready access to fresh shrimp. Additionally, I use all natural smoked turkey sausage and fresh bay leaves from our backyard. A friend on a strict weight loss diet tossed the diet to eat your Jambalaya, and said she will do so again… when I make the next batch. Thanks again.
