They loved it! Our sauce was on the thicker side, so my youngest treated it more like a dip and dipped her noodles in, and thought that was so much fun. We needed to avoid dairy, so we didn’t add the parmesan (and added a little salt to make up for it). I’m sure the Parmesan would be fantastic, though. Thank you for a such a simple yet delicious recipe!

You could! The texture won’t be quite as smooth as other white beans, but they would work.
