I pulled it out today and made it happen. I’m so full that I had to break a rib. This was easy and perfect for my picky 4 year old twins and my husband. I’m not asking any questions about how this even works but as long as my children are getting their vegetable intake and getting full at the same time then I’m happy. Please keep the “hidden” veggie recipes coming please. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to army crawl to the kitchen to fix my husband a second bowl. Toodles.

This was sooooooo good! Had a 32-oz carton of turkey broth so I used that and also added some extra rotisserie chicken that I had on-hand. Saved a trip to the grocery store by using a bag of frozen cauliflower. Other than that… no changes. It was filling and had so much flavor. Glad that I originally doubled the recipe for some extra meals.

I really like the flavors in the soup and it is out of my comfort zone eating cauliflower but I did and it was great. And I am not a huge fan of ground turkey but I made small meatballs and sauted them up. More work but I like the look and texture better. I had one problem which was my grated cheese did not combine the soup. It melted and settled on the bottom. I used Machego cheese which is very melty. Thoughts or suggestions?

The only change I made was that I used vegan cheese for my lactose intolerant husband. I will definitely be making this again.

Using the cauliflower as a (thickening) agent is brilliant. I made it exactly as the recipe says with one exception, I added two chopped up pickles. I will most definitely make again.

Next time I’ll add more seasoning to the Turkey and maybe some herbs to the soup. I did the crockpot version and it turned out so good.

Not often that I give 5 stars or don’t have to tweak a recipe but this one was fantastic. Everyone gobbled it up. I made it two nights in a row. I imagine this is great with ground beef too.

Used the slow cooker version. I added a whole pound of ground chicken- that is what I had. I used seasoned salt, And instead of grated cheese I added a can of cream of cheddar cheese soup (which I had in pantry and wanted to use up) and 1/3 can of water. Otherwise I followed the recipe. Was terrrific! I don’t normally comment! This is going to be added to my recipe file! Thank you!
