This recipe didn’t do it for me. No flavour…just bland and too much liquid. I do love many of your recipes…just not this one.

Delicious, this site never disappoints. I did use the whole jar of red curry paste to suit our personal taste. I added extra veggies (snow peas and shiitake mushrooms) and served with sriracha and cilantro over brown rice.

Delicious! It’s rare that I try a new recipe that everyone in the family loves and this was one of those. I added mushrooms which worked well. My red bell pepper dissolved so next time I may add them in halfway through the cooking time.

So so yummy! I used coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. Such a perfect balance of flavor! Especially with the fresh cilantro. Will definitely make the dinner rotation!
