Hi,
I discovered your recipe during COVID and have made several times since. It’s delicious!

I’m making it for a party in mid—afternoon and a wondering how to best warm it up if I cook it the day before. Should I do the crisping step the day before or save it until the day I’ll serve it?

I have been making your carnitas recipe for years and I always get rave reviews from everyone to tastes it! I don’t crisp the meat (personal preference) but it NEVER fails and is often requested. Years ago, my then 9 year old great nephew tasted it and said “who made the meat” then said THIS IS OUTSTANDING!
Thanks for a great, easy to go meal. Last week I tried your chicken carnitas which are equally incredible!
I just wanted to acknowledge your recipes after all these years! Think I’ll try your queso blanco for tomorrow’s Super Bowl!

This is a keeper! My husband said it was the best meal I’d ever made. Also it was pretty easy and so flavorful- perfect crispiness. Amazing on nachos

Absolutely delicious and the best recipe I’ve used. I made mine in the instant pot for 40 minutes (someone here suggested it) and my family and I ate it the next day (the meat absorbs the juices) and it was perfect.

This was delish! My 9 year old loved it. I substituted smoked paprika for the chipolte powder since I dint have that and it was amazing.

I loved this recipe and have had it bookmarked for years now, today I was about to go shopping when I noticed the recipe has changed! Is it possible for the original recipe to be linked? This used to include the juice from oranges and jalapeños, why the change?
