Hi I’ve made these a few times and it always turns out well. You really do need the medjool dates and they must be fresh. A little too dry if they’re old. Also when I don’t have mini chips I just shave good chocolate. Not sweet at all. Thank you for this.

This is the bite I’ve been looking for! Made it last night and will definitely keep these in the fridge for when you want a little something after meals. I didn’t use chips, but had cacao nibs on hand. Thanks for a great recipe!
