We yes but it’s good cold too. I’ve frozen and thawed and it’s just as delicious.

This is DELICIOUS! With some cream cheese or goat cheese on toast has become a go to snack for me. Plus it freeze really well so you can have it on hand for last minute appies.

This is so easy and so good. I put it in a shallow bowl, cover it with pesto, and put a halved burrata on the top. Toasted baguette slices are a must!
