Definitely add a little extra red pepper flakes and a splash of red wine and it’s better than our local Italian restaurant.

I just made a double batch, and I have way more sauce than I need now. At least it tastes good and will make for great leftovers!

I’ve used my fresh garden tomatoes, and no problem. I do tend to put them in a collander or something after I have used The food processor to eliminate some of the extra liquid. Anyway, it turned out great.

I tried it first with canned tomatoes. But now that it is tomato season I used garden fresh. It turned out even better especially when all the ingredients come from my garden. 😊

Tasted absolutely amazing. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Thank you for sharing it. The only think I changed was a Tablespoon of tomato paste.
Sincerely
Ellen
