This is fabulous! I cut up some of a round of sour dough bread and baked about 13 min. Also, highly recommend letting the salad sit for 30 min and marinate like recipe suggests. I also added some roasted sunflower seeds. This will be my go-to salad recipe.

This salad is delicious. I made it exactly as outlined in the recipe and tossed it with the associated vinaigrette. We loved it! Beautiful, too!

I agree with Allison….why are there so few comments?….this recipe is awesome. I’ve made it many times and it is amazing! I’ve taken to bbq parties and it is always a hit. I’ve made it with seasoned rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and red wine vinegar and it is delicious every time. Thank you Ali😊
