This pasta salad looks absolutely refreshing and perfect for summer I love how the flavors are balanced and light I need to try it soon especially alongside the loaded cafe menu which has so many other amazing dishes that would pair perfectly with it.

This is so good. I have made it many times. And its really easy, too! (I usually substitute bacon for the prosciutto since its cheaper.)

Ali, I love the City Market too…especially Habashi House and Burrito Brothers! I looked for prosciutto yesterday at price chopper with no luck…it’s good to know it’s at the City Market. :)
