Made it pretty much as was recommended but cut the mayo in half and added in 2 TB of yogurt. Added some diced pickled jalapeno.

Great potato salad. I have been using sweet gherkin pickles chopped up but recently stopped using them because I would put too much in and no one liked that flavor so I didn’t use them. This recipe is wonderful. thank you!

This truly is the best potato salad recipe out there. I make it with homemade mayo which adds even more depth of flavor and go heavy on the dill! It’s a hit every time!

This is good potato salad. I added a little more mustard and I used regular salt since I didn’t have any celery salt.
