This truly is the best and has become a staple in our weekly fish rotation. I serve it with bourbon grilled salmon. My husband is not a fish lover (I am), so I’ve had to be creative in getting more fish into his diet. Salmon caesar using this recipe has become one of his favorite meals. I substitute mayo only because I can’t get comfortable using uncooked eggs – a personal hangup. I also keep store-bought croutons on hand – we don’t always have bread in the house. Even with those substitutions, this recipe makes a delicious, satisfying and nutritious meal. We appreciate the recipe!

So amazing snd so simple!!! The dressing was incredibly delicious and east. I went with Mayonnaise because i was feeding 25-30 people. So many compliments!

Just made this last night for dinner…it was amazing!!!! The only issue is that I wasn’t exactly sure how to cut the baguette correctly. I think they were a bit large, as I had to leave them in the oven for longer. Thank you so much!! Roofers Brighton

I made this for a family dinner and was very pleased with the results. I subbed in mayo for the eggs in the dressing due to a family member’s egg allergy and there was no noticible loss of quality or flavor, very appreciative of this option! Was a bit more generous with the parmesan I added to the salad. This will be
my go to recipe for Ceasar Salad, as it is not demanding in time to make and very delicious. Thank You!
