What a wonderful page! I love her recipes, and I love that she shares a bit of her story. So grateful for these shared recipes. I will say, would love to know what I could substitute peanut butter or buttermilk for since my son is dairy-free!

Absolutely delicious. I haven’t made chicken and dumplings in years, but this recipe beat the pants off the one I used to use. I actually forgot the butter in the dumpling batter, but they turned out fantastic, light, and fluffy anyway. Can’t wait to eat the leftovers!

Easy and delicious. As hard as I tried to not over mix, my dumplings still came out very dense. But the soup was still so tasty I’ll just have to give it another go!
