Easy and quick to make. I bought a silicone muffin pan and made these without greasing the pan. Definitely a keeper recipe. Thanks so much.

I kept adding five more minutes, and checking. I cooked it for 45 minutes then upped the temp to 375 and cooked 5 minutes longer. The center was still too wet. This recipe is a neat idea, but if I try it again I’ll use far less milk.

Canned pumpkin has made a good banana substitute.

Sounds like a great recipe for breakfast or snack. Can I use quick oats if that’s all I have? Reason? Thank you!

Maybe applesauce would work? It would still go with the spice profile too.

Super easy to throw together and then I had a delicious and easy breakfast all week. My kids loved them too. I can’t wait to make them again and try different add ins.

Thank you for this :)
