My grandma used to make me crepes when I was a child and I never got her recipe before she passed away in 2020. I’ve made crepes several times now using this and they turn out scrumptious! It’s easy and quick to make, but I do have one tiny adjustment which is using cooking spray instead of butter in the pan and I add a drop of canola oil into the ready batter. Doing so keeps it from burning and sticking to my small skillet. Otherwise, perfect, thank you! I personally make Nutella crepes or just spread a mixture of cocoa powder/w sugar and roll them up. :3
