This is my second time making this. I needed to use up sour cream. It was 18% fat and very thick. As the recipe stated I just kept adding a little milk until I got to a consistency I thought was appropriate. Very tender and delicious.

I didn’t read all the comments, but would try a little more cinnamon mixture in the middle. I used walnuts as that’s what I had on hand. I also made two 8×8 pans, Plan to freeze one for later. I used Daisy regular sour cream. I made this recipe, because I accidentally bought a large tub of sour cream instead of cottage cheese! Needed to use it up. Glad I came across this recipe. Will definitely make again.
