A perfect balance between pumpkin and cornbread, not one flavor outdid the other. The sweet cornbread flavor combined with the pumpkin and spices makes such a delicious combo I am so happy with how it turned out! Easy to make and sooooooo yummy, will definitely make again!

I followed the recipe exactly as written, including the baking time. On Thanksgiving, the oven was occupied with a certain bird, so I wrapped each loaf individually in foil, and reheated them in the toaster oven. They were a hit at the dinner table! I made a batch of the Honey Butter to go with it, and it really was delicious. I will make this again next Thanksgiving, but most likely sooner, next time I make vegetarian chili.
